MCA enforced provision related to financial statement and report of Cos. (Amendment) Act, 2017

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has enforced provisions related to financial statement, board report, etc. of the Companies (Amendment), 2017 with effect from July 31, 2018
