Analysis of The Taxation Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2021

The Govt. has introduced the Taxation Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2021 (TLA, 2021) in the parliament to propose revocation of the amendments made in Section 9. In this article, we have analysed the changes proposed by the TLA, 2021.
