The market regulator, SEBI has come with the guidelines for issuance of right issue by listed REITs and InvITs. The guidelines prescribes manner of issuance, requirement, pricing norms of rights issue of units by listed REITs and InvITs. The guidelines are issued vide. Circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS/CIR/P/2020/09 and circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS/CIR/P/2020/10 dated 17.01.2020.
