The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has amended the Companies (Significant Beneficial Owners) Rules, 2018 wherein new e- form BEN-2 for reporting details of Significant Beneficial owner has been introduced. The e-Form BEN-2 required to be submitted by SBO Compliant - companies within stipulated time frame.
