MCA enforces provisions related to Nidhi Cos. under Cos. Amendment Act, 2017 w.e.f. August 15, 2019

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has appointed the August, 2019 as the date on which the provisions related to Nidhi Companies and its applications of the Companies Amendment Act, 2017 come into force.
