Benami Transaction Act: Where due to business requirement, a new proprietary concern was opened by appellant in name of a trustworthy employee 'V' and for accommodation purpose of staffs, suit premises was purchased in name of 'V', because of faith, trust and confidence that was reposed in 'V', there might be a fiduciary relationship between appellant and 'V' which Trial Court would decide on merit
