Borrower couldn't seek arbitral award as it was passed without seeking leave of company court

CL: When arbitrator passed an award directing appellant to pay outstanding amount, in view of fact that Company Court passed order of winding up of appellant but same was not disclosed either before Arbitrator or to Single Judge in appeal, appellant could not seek to invalidate arbitral award on ground that impugned order could not be passed without seeking leave of Company Court
