Govt. has extended the time limit for bringing goods by jewellery units back to SEZs unit to 45 days. Rule 42(1)(ii)(h) of SEZ Rules, 2006 requires that the goods sent out for sub-contracting shall be returned to the Unit within 120 days from the date of removal or within such period as may be extended by the Specified Officer.
