Pr. DGIT lays down procedure, formats and standard for issue of PAN; enable e-PAN also

In exercise of the powers delegated by the CBDT, the principal Director General of Income-tax (System) has laid down the procedure, formats and standards for ossue of permanent account number. He also enables issuance of PAN electronically in PDF format with enhanced QR Code and digital sign.
