SLP dismissed against HC's ruling that reassessment unjustified if assessee proved genuineness of share transactions

IT: SLP dismissed against High Court ruling that where in order to prove genuineness of share transactions, assessee brought on record all relevant facts such as names, address and PAN of share applicants, it was thereupon duty of Assessing Officer to obtain separate confirmation from concerned parties if required, and, where he failed to do so, it could not be a ground to reopen assessment
