CL: Where winding up process of company-in-liquidation was completed by Official Liquidator and funds were distributed among stakeholders, applications filed by ex-directors seeking leave to file some kind of scheme or arrangement for revival of company was sheer abuse of process of law and were to be dismissed with exemplary cost
