Benami Act: Appellant having received advance salary from her employer under oral contract and used same to repay debts and not having deposited any amount whatsoever in her acccount and there being no lending of name, it was not a benami transaction and accordingly, appellant's account could not have been attached under Benami Property Transactions Act, 1988
