No sec. 194C TDS on reimbursement of inland haulage charges to C&F agents: ITAT

IT : Where assessee reimbursed expenses on account of inland haulage charges for export of goods to different countries to its C&F agents, assessee was not liable to deduct TDS on such reimbursement
