Liquidator has power to sell leasehold rights in respect of asset belonging to company-in-liquidation: HC

CL: Where State Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) had leased plots to company-in-liquidation, leasehold rights in respect of same belonged to company-in-liquidation and, thus, Official Liquidator in a winding up by Court had power, ofcourse with sanction of Court, to sell leasehold rights and, therefore, no differential premium was payable to MIDC by liquidator
