Adjudicating & appellate Authority referred under PML Act to be act as authority under Benami Act

The Govt. has notified that Adjudicating Authority & Appellate Authority referred in Section 6 & 25 of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 shall discharge the functions of the Adjudicating & Appellate Tribunal under the Benami Act till appointment of same under Benami Act.
