SC granted SLP against HC’s ruling that CIT didn’t have power to cancel trust’s registration in year 2008

IT: SLP granted against order of High Court where order of Commissioner cancelling registration of assessee- foundation was set aside on ground that at time of initiation of proceedings for cancellation of registration in year 2008, Commissioner did not have such a power in terms of sub-section (3) of section 12AA
