No writ against TPO's order if AO hadn't passed final order based on proceedings of TPO: HC

IT/ILT: Whenever there is a provision for an appeal under statute of approaching DRP against order of T.P.Q., without exhausting remedies available under statute, no writ petition can be entertained in a routine manner
