MCA designates special courts in Nagaland, Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh for speedy trial of offence

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has designated in Nagaland, Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh for the purposes of providing speedy trail of offences punishable with imprisonment of two years or more under the Companies Act, 2013.
