Loading, segregation & shifting of material within factory not taxable as cargo handling services

GST/Service Tax : Where assessee was engaged by a party for carrying out activity of loading of material in vehicles, segregation of material, unloading, stacking and shifting of material within factory premises, said activity would not fall under category of 'cargo handling service'
