CBDT releases annual report of Advance Pricing Agreement programme of India for 2017-18

The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has released the Annual Report (2017-18) of Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) Programme of India. The APA Programme is a major initiative of the Government towards fostering a non-adversarial tax regime. The CBDT has concluded 219 agreements till March 31, 2018
