MCA enforced new provision related to issue of share on private placement basis w.e.f August 07, 201

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has appointed the 7th day of August, 2018 as the date on which the provisions of issue of share on private placement basis of section 10 of Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 shall come into force.
