MCA enforced certain provisions of Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 w.e.f. June 13, 2018

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has enforced certain provisions Companies (Amendment) Act, 2013 related to significant beneficial owner, place of keeping and inspection of register and returns and Annual General Meeting.
